Grow, Thrive, and Feel Valued at North End Wellness
North End Wellness & Counseling is a thriving, values-driven group practice serving Boise and Meridian. We have an amazing staff and we’re looking for competent, motivated, collaborative clinicians who want meaningful work in a supportive, empowering environment. If you love the idea of private-practice autonomy with the stability, referrals, and community of a team you enjoy being part of, this could be your next home.

Why Clinicians Love Working Here
At NEW, clinicians describe the experience as:

“Like private practice — but better.”

“A place where I feel valued and encouraged to grow.”

“Every member of the team is valued here.”

You’ll have genuine autonomy to set your schedule, choose your hours, and build a caseload that fits your life. Our work culture is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in respect. Clinicians feel valued, supported, and trusted — and consistently report high job satisfaction. We provide the consistent referrals, full caseloads, and administrative support that allow you to focus on what matters: excellent clinical work.
