The deepest healing occurs when someone truly sees you, hears you, and believes in your capacity to grow. As your therapist, I will invite us to explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion. I believe therapy is a place to unlearn harmful messages that make us feel “broken”, allowing us instead to see our emotions as natural, important, and deeply human. I will help you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood while we work together to create lasting change in service of the life you want to live.

I support adults in navigating trauma, grief and loss in all its forms, life transitions, burnout, anxiety, and depression. Whether we’re using EMDR, somatic practices, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or IFS-informed approaches, your values and preferences will guide our work together. My practice is rooted in social justice, and I am deeply mindful of the ways in which larger systems impact our wellbeing. I have provided trauma-informed counseling for over seven years in an integrated family medicine setting, where I worked with individuals ranging in age from 18 to 98. Clients often describe me as warm, humorous, and curious. I treasure the opportunity to support people in developing deeper, healthier relationships with themselves and others.

Outside of the therapy room, I can be found spending time with my friends and family- a family in which humans only marginally outnumber dogs. I savor any opportunity to watch my two young children explore the world. I love live music, travel, putting my toes in the grass, and good food. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your path toward healing and growth.
